This client is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lender with construction lending experience to grow their Seattle team by managing a portfolio of commercial construction loans and developing business relationships that bring in deposits. This client puts great care into building up strong employees, customers, and community. - Work with loan support staff to structure loans.
- Maintain and grow client relationships.
- Cross-sell other bank products.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and bank regulations.

The Qualifications:
- Three to Five years of commercial banking experience.
- Knowledge of bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to effectively sell bank products and services. Possesses credibility and professionalism when working with clients.
- Ability to close business.
The Pay:
- $140k to $150k+ base salary with over 30% of your base as a bonus. Pay is negotiable depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
- Will pay some relocation costs if applicable.
