HireQuest NW is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to help lead and grow our Bellingham office.

We’re looking for a hands-on, sales-driven leader who wants to help build a high-performing branch, grow revenue, and take on greater leadership responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and open new client accounts
  • Support business development through calls, visits, and follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and local businesses
  • Help manage daily branch operations and staffing logistics
  • Support scheduling and workforce coordination
  • Ensure job fulfillment and strong client service
  • Coach and support field team members
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards
  • Track metrics and help drive branch performance
  • Lead from the front, both in the field and with the team

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive base salary $20 - $23 Hourly

Requirements

  • Experience in staffing, B2B sales, or service-based business preferred
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and support revenue growth
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
  • Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Occasional flexibility to work weekends if business needs require
